Shipping Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions policy follow the requirements of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand Law.

All prices listed on this website are in NZ dollars and include GST.

Shipping Rates

  • North Island $15.00

  • South Island $30.00

  • North Island Rural $25.00

  • South Island Rural $35.00

You can expect your delivery in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your products have been shipped.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel an order within 7 days, as long as it has not already been sent to you by Tui Street Gin. Faulty products or returns will need to be sent back to Tui Street Gin before a refund can be processed. Please contact to discuss first.

Delivery

Tui Street Gin is an R18 product. It must be received and signed for in person by someone over 18 years old with ID. NZ Post will not deliver to anyone who is intoxicated.

There will be no deliveries on ANZAC Day, Matariki, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and Good Friday.

Damaged and Missing Product

If you have received a damaged item, please immediately contact Tui Street Gin to arrange a replacement. You will need to keep ALL original packaging, including the courier delivery bag. We cannot replace or claim for damaged items without everything being accounted for. Please also take photos of any damage and the state of the packaging so that we can make an assessment with our courier.

If there is missing or faulty product, please contact Tui Street Gin immediately.
